     We have invested considerable time and money to make this a pheasant haven. Each year we make improvements to the ranch to make your hunt more enjoyable. Habitat enhancement and your hunting experience are also a priority. We have added water to improve reproduction and better attract and hold pheasants. We developed fencing and added food plots to improve the quality of your pheasant hunt. Looking to the future, we planted thousands of trees and are scheduled to plant thousands more.

You will hunt wild birds in milo, corn, cane, shelter belts and CRP acreage, crops, long thick tree belts, row-crops, rolling prairie, sunflower, cane strips, and dry run creek beds in the fields themselves.  Our birds are all big, fast and wild. We also offer hunting in a variety of different covers. Hill Top Hunting is privately owned and operated and our pheasants have thrived. As the crops are harvested, pheasant hunting gets better every day right through December, when the big prairie roosters move into our food plots and winter cover.

Besides large numbers of wild pheasants, you’ll also find Sharptail Grouse, Prairie Chickens, and an occasional coyote or fox. This area is also home to an abundance of trophy Whitetail Deer and Mule Deer. In short, you will hunt where the birds are with the benefit of our extensive knowledge of our lands. We believe your pheasant hunt is as much about friendship and fellowship as it is the hunt. We value the importance of your privacy. We guarantee your hunting party exclusive rights to the ranch during your hunt. We can accommodate groups from 1 to 20 people.
